12:39The Town Council will receive information and review the results of a safety analysis following input from a public hearing held on October 16th relative to the Ermer Road/Route 111 intersection. The Town’s consultant, VHB, will attend this meeting and make a presentation to the Council.
Finance Department - Discussion on Funding of Police Station Project

Municipal Services Department - Road Program Update

Assistant Town Manager - Discussion on Salem Municipal Code Changes
01:45:22The Council will review municipal codes for review and possible amendment and update to reference to Town Council from Board of Selectmen, as well as updates on possible language to reflect current law. In accordance with the Charter, this will be the first review with a public hearing scheduled at a later date. The codes to be reviewed are: Chapter 29 – Election, Chapter 143 – Board of Selectmen, Chapter 156 – Town Meetings, Chapter 185 – Ambulance Services Billing and Collections, Chapter 219 – Cable Television.
Assistant Town Manager – Continued Discussion and Updates to Town Policies
