16:12RONNY & PATRICIA HADDAD hereby request a VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-301C (1) and ask that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit the construction of a 1,470 sq ft addition to the existing dwelling with a 10.45 ft left side setback and a 10.5 ft right side setback where a minimum 15 ft side setback is required in the Residential District.

29:48EDDY SFEIR hereby requests a VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-302C (1) and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit an existing garage with a 9.4 foot side setback and an existing duplex with a 28.9 foot rear setback to remain on a lot of 46,064 sq. ft. after subdivision, where 30 ft setbacks and 5 acres are required for a duplex in the Rural District.
